This is very good.The principal disciples her students and she is very understanding.This school is very religious and the Pastor is very nice.also the teacher actually teach the students.That's what I like the most.

Amazing school. One of the best High Schools in the state and in the Country. The Prep allows the students to succeed academically and in extra curricular activities, all with people to help you along the way. You are given many freedoms, but there are always people to help you along the way if you need it.

EXCELLENT SCHOOL,VERY WELL ORGANIZED,TEACHERS AND STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY, the only thing that i don't like is that the school only goes up to 2nd grade.....i very much wished it would go up to 5th grade because overall the school is great and i also love how the principal is always is at the entrance during the mornings and at afternoon dismissals to greet the children and parents.

belmont preparatory highschool is really good my daughter goes there and she never been in a fight and the teachers really help her when she needs them. Belmont preparatory h.s always have my child informed of whats going on . the only problem is that the campus has medal detectors, it dont allow our kids to bring their cellphones and you dont really know whats going on with your kids when they come home late. but Belmont Preparatory H.s is a good school

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION WITH THE PARENTS WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR CHILD EDUCATION AND SCHOOL PROGRESS.

My child was definitely provided with challenging material and superior teaching. As a result my daughter is at a level 5 reading and passed the gifted and talented exam. Thank you.

MS 254 has great teachers and strong leadership like Mr. Hemans and Ms. Boston. MS 254 offers challenging academic curriculum which students can excel and shrive. It is one of the better Middle Schools in the Bronx.

The Principal Ms. D is second to none, the teachers are commited and the friendly atmosphere in the school is the best. As a parent of two teenagers that when to different middle schools, I can attest to the exellence of JBA. My third boy is a student at this school and he is in the honor roll. Kudos to all at JBA... A concern parent...

I disagree with the comment about a having a small job right after high school. I am a senior and I have my A+ certification. I have a choice or pursing a career in IT or continuing my education by going to college. I will be going to college next year with my certification and I will have a career. Maybe if you would have stayed at Dodge you would have had the same opportunities that I have. Good luck at your new school.

J.H.S. is one of the middle schools my children went to I will recommend any parent to apply there children It is a honor to know that my children learned and graduated with great aspects

My child has been in this school for 4 years, and each year more is being done to make the school better. The have computer class, art, music from Pre-K to 8th and this year the classrooms have computer interactive whiteboards. My child comes home and is excited to tell me what she learned in school and how she got to use the 'SMARTboard'. The staff is very helpful with scholarship applications. Every parent I referred to the school is told about applying for a scholarship, to make this great education affordable. It IS a very old building, but it's refreshing to see the continual updates. Overall, my child loves this school, and I am happy with the way I am treated as a parent
