I am a graduate of '11 and I believe this is a wonderful school. Yes, there are a lot of projects and strict dress code, but students were informed of this the day of their interview and agreed to the terms so they should not be complaining. There are also those students that claim they hate this school and wish to transfer when they don't really feel that way. Those students don't get along well with one or two teachers/staff and they blame the school for it which isn't fair. Teachers care for the students and are willing to stay late to talk to us and tutor us. There are few extracurricular activities that don't involve Kennedy, but students are allowed to create their own clubs. An amazing school overall.

This school gets a 5 out of five but i wish i could have gave it higher! My experience at IN-Tech is a very good one. IN-Tech Academy is a phenomenal school, from the first day you walk in you will feel as though you belong. The staff are amazingly kind, they will look out for you in every possible way. In fact the staff had found me a job at a community center by the name of Riverdale Neighborhood House. This school is great for anyone, but it is especially great for a student such as myself. The reason for this is because I am interested in technology. They have a great technology curriculum that is thought by an experienced teacher. They will allow you to take certification exams for free, this can help you better yourself in the future. They also have another great program called virtual enterprise, it allows you to get a feel of how the business life will be. Overall this school is THE best within a huge vicinity of its area. It is safe, it is great, it can prepare you for the future, it s the best school I have been to.

I am a current eighth grader at MS.244 and I really love this school, I've been representing this school since 6th grade and now that this is New School for Leadership and ARTS, we have much more extra curriculur activities, and everyone gets along, and this school is just great, I would really recomend you'd send your child to our school at NSLA Arts Academy!

Even though yo would think it's bad because it's on the j.f Kennedy campus, but your wrong this school is amazing. everyone there is like a family. we all are friends and we have things in common. so if your a parent or even a student going to 9 Th grade this is the school you want.

I was a student in this school from 2000 until 2008 , i came to this school in the first grade. The teachers are very nice and the dean and principle as well. when i graduated in 2007 , i noticed as a freshman in high school how much they care about us. They put a lot of pressure on us, but only to prepare us. The only thing i would change is the grades. They should create a separate level for the middle school because when we move from the library to the art room the little kids get terrorized so easily . i loved the experience here and now i am a student a Fordahm University in the bronx.

Its an average high school with a great learning environment and great students but with below average student discipline.

P.S.7 is an excellent school that has teachers who really push and care about the children. My daughter was fortunate to have Ms.Katz,who is one of the best teachers. She pushed my daughter, who not only struggled in Reading,but hated to read. My daughter entered third grade reading below grade level and left Ms. Katz's class not only reading on grade level, but loves to read.Ms. Katz worked so hard with her and made her believe in herself. My daughter is now at Riverdale 141 and in honors English.When she is older she wants to be a reading teacher. Thank you to Ms.Katz and all of the inspiring teachers at P.S.7. You all are making a big difference in our children's lives.

PS24 is a great school with outstanding teachers, great PA and students. Like everywhere, there are 10-20% modest performers and some of these suffer of the entitlement syndrome. There are plenty of opportunities to improve, should they focus and increase their efforts rather than whine.

This was a great school to go to when I was child. It was a tight community of parents and teachers that really cared about academic excellence. I graduated in a class of 22 children and most I had known since I was 6yrs old (and still keep in contact with today almost 20 years later). I know that some teachers are still there from when I attended SGS like Mr. McCarthy. He's probably the most dedicated teacher I've ever had.

This school gave me the basis to successfully compete in any venue selected. We had good teachers, staff, and other supporters. I had sisters, a brothers, and nephews to attend. The latest are bright stars with great potential. I believe one has to participate in the education of their children to make the system successful. The school can be influenced by those who attend, teach, or administer; but by working together, the output could be substantial. The school's environment overall environment is admirable. I pass by every opportunity I get. The button to rate was not working well, I intend to rate above average.

This is a fantastic school. My daughter is learning and developing beautifully! She loves her teacher, works hard and seems so happy when I pick her up each day. I was really impressed with the extensive 4 page report cards--- they really help me understand how she is developing academically. If Ampark were a private school, I would be telling everyone that it was worth the tuition!
